That means, that they can track my PC using either my IP address or my MAC address (im not sure what the difference is). That means that they have some way of identifying what computer belongs to me. The school is blocking me from using Steam, only me. The Tarpit Ultrasurf application and other proxy applications can be blocked under the Applications tab.
